Chef Marc Miron opens a local gourmet-food shop in Orleans, Canada, after 20 years with the Four Seasons Hotel chain. At the Four Seasons, he was executive chef at properties in Bali, Indonesia; Vancouver, Canada; Sydney, Australia; as well as in the Caribbean. He is one of the most humble, decent human beings you’ll ever meet–and he’s a pretty good cook, too!
